PRODUCT SHIPMENT

Packages are generally dispatched within two days after payment is received. If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will choose the carrier and service to best ensure the prompt and safe arrival of your gear. Otherwise, please choose your desired shipping preferences from the listed options on our site. Once your order ships, we will provide you with a link to track your package online, so long as tracking is offered under the chosen shipping method. You the customer are responsible for any Customs and or Duties that may apply. If you choose free shipping Valandré covers the shipping cost and you the customer will be responsible for Customs and or Duties.

Please Note: Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect your down product..

HANDLING AND PRODUCT CARE

During shipping, your down product will be compressed for optimal transport. After opening, please allow time for the gear to air out and for the down to expand before putting it to use. Don’t store your down gear compressed at home. Only compress it when necessary for transport. Instead, hang your gear in a clean, ventilated place. If possible, air it out each morning when in use. This keeps your Valandré bag or jacket dry and ready to provide maximum warmth. For more detailed info, including product washing instructions, see our CARE section.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to each shipment’s total weight. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and as a result shipping fees will apply to each order. Save your cash and be sure to group your items in one order! You the customer are responsible for any Customs and or Duties that may apply.
